Delivery information;
We are delivering Monday to Friday.
We do local Saturday deliveries, or if the order is despatched by courier there is a £20 delivery charge for Saturdays only. This must be purchased seperately by ordering item SATdel . Often there is two men but sometimes particularly with couriers there is only one man please don't be afraid to offer assistance.
We never despatch items without speaking to the customer first to arrange a delivery day. So please provide a contact phone number. Even if you think your buying a next day delivery item please contact us to clarrify.
The order may be covered in extra packaging, and tape to provide protection.
Please ntofiy us of restrictions on vehicle access. Courier deliveries are often made in a small 7.5 t lorry.
We deliver our items as quickly as possible it often occurs within 24/48 hours, but we will gladly deliver another day in the week. However please give us as much notice as possible as some items can take 4 weeks to arrive from our suppliers. |
